Summary
I was the founding architect of XM Cloud. The job was to move Sitecore's enterprise CMS completely off-premise and rebuild it as a composable SaaS product from the ground up. Same product, new foundation, zero on-prem. Within two years, it became Sitecore's fastest-growing product with 300+ clients on board, which taught me very quickly what platform decisions actually cost when they go wrong.
Right now, I'm focused on shipping LLM-based systems in production. Not demos. Actual features: agent-based workflows, LLM integrations, context-aware tooling on Azure. That gap between a working prototype and something that holds under real load is where I spend most of my time.
I work across all levels, pair with engineers who are stuck, run design reviews with tech leads, and jump into code reviews when that's where the real conversation is. I care about what ships, not what looks good in a diagram.
Outside of Sitecore, I run Trabsoft, where I build custom solutions for clients: LLM tooling, MCP integrations, and agent frameworks baked around what a business actually needs.
